machine does not have any strong power .. it was click clacking .. you can’t pick a handle one side to work on if you just want to use one paddle the other one stays on .. limited sites to use does not have a glute option . minimal output … more of a humming not vibrating noise barely made any skin movement . waste of my money and if I want to make it stronger I would have to pay for another part and shipping on top of that .
